* The guest(s) who would be staying with us should carry valid Government address proof Viz. Aadhaar Card, Driving License or Voter ID and provide the same for photocopy at the time of check-in. Please note that PAN card is not accepted as a valid proof of ID.
* 100% cancellation charges will be levied if the room reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the standard Check-in time of the date of Check-in and on No show. Our Standard Check-in and Check-out time is 12:00 Noon.
* If the reservation had been done with full payment and the cancellation is requested in writing by mail to the hotel reservation before 48 hours from the standard check-in time and date of check-in, followed by acceptance confirmation in writing from the hotel reservation, the refund will be done after deducting applicable reservation convenience charge, payment gateway charge and GST. There shall not be any refund for reservation done with half/partial payment.
* Refund will take approximately 30 days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
* The refund will be done to the same account from where the amount was received.
